Artist Statement:
It is really that simple to me why I make art; I have a desire within.

- whether construed from a desire to build upon the “input” that I received along my path or be it something else – something a bit less tangible, the desire to create would take a greater deal of discipline to deny. I guess I’m just taking the path of least resistance.

I prefer to deliver and communicate the discoveries that become apparent to me during creation as well as to try to have some voice regarding the current state of events in our world that we all share. I tend to use computers to create my single and multimedia works as I find the compositing capabilities far more “in reach” than other more traditional means of creation such as painting and sculpting.

Of course there is also the work I do for hire. This tends to be more in the realm of communicating others messages in exchange for other goods &/or services. This allows me to “practice” my art on a daily basis – life is pretty convenient in that aspect.

Enough blowhard – I hope my work goes home with you, if not in your hand, at least in your head.
