Biography:
Jennifer Smith Huberdeau began training with local artist Len Stomski at the age 10, after being selected for a special program through the Adams-Cheshire Regional School District. She continued her studies under the guidance of Tiger Waterman in high school, but chose to pursue her love of writing in college.
She received her B.A. in English/Communications with a minor in art from MCLA in 2000. Since then she has worked at the North Adams Transcript, where she is currently the senior reporter.
In November 2007, three of her pieces were selected for the “MySpace Friends” show at MCLA Gallery 51. Her first solo show of watercolors was held at the Cup and Saucer in June 2008. She has participated in the Berkshire Salon at the Eclipse Mill in 2008 and 2009.
Her work can be seen at North Adams Open Studios for the second year in a row and upcoming solo shows are scheduled for December 2009 at the Cup and Saucer and the Elf Parlor, both in North Adams.

Jennifer resides in Adams with her husband, Rob, their two children, Michaela and Isaac, and their very pampered beagle.
