Artist Statement:

Painting is the means by which I can express my observations and experiences, both external and internal. I feel its a natural process translating the world into visual statements of color, line, form and shapes. I love to paint, and I do so, if for no other reason than to simply paint, .... no matter what may come of it. It's a why, more than a how. I paint because I need to declare my passage through this life in one of the best ways I know how. By painting.
